WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND WHY WE COLLECT IT

Contact forms

If you use one of our contact forms to register for a service (bus transportation or After School Programme) we will use the information you send us to contact you about your query and to provide an appropriate service. This is solely for the ease of conducting business with you, and will not be used for any other purpose.

Messages from our forms is provided to us using Google Suite. Google Suite may store information on servers anywhere in the world. We will keep our account secure, and if we do not need to store your information to contact you again in the future, we will delete your information in a timely manner.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your machine/device to help the site provide a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like shopping carts, and provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. As a rule, cookies will make your browsing experience better. However, you may prefer to disable cookies on this site and on others. Adobe Fonts/Typekit

Our website uses analytics services provided by Google Analytics. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not ‘share’ your data with anyone. Our website administrator and host technically has access to our website for the purposes of ensuring it stays up-to-date and secure. This protects you as a visitor and us as a business. This may include access to personal data in the form of an IP address, which are logged for security purposes for a short period of time.

We also use a website security plugin and Cloudflare to help prevent us from being attacked.
