Young Athletes of Phnom Penh (YAPP) is a friendly sports league which involves many international schools in Phnom Penh. These events bring students together from Grade 2-5 with a focus on sportsmanship and giving everything a try. YAPP was formed in 2010 by a group of like-minded international schools who come together to provide friendly sporting opportunities through a range of events for Elementary Students. YAPP takes place every few months and is a great opportunity for the youngest up and coming athletes to get introduced to various sports.

One of these events, T-ball, was held on Wednesday 13 February while Capture the Flag and Dodgeball on Wednesday 6 March at ISPP. We had three other schools joining our young athletes, CIS (Canadian International School), iCAN (British International School) and SISC (Southbridge International School Cambodia). Students played several games, and despite the heat, they enjoyed themselves and had lots of fun meeting other students and playing against them.

We loved seeing the ISPP team spirit!
