ISSAPP is an International Schools Sports Association of Phnom Penh. On Saturday morning, October 12th, ISPP organised an ISSAPP Swim Meet, the second meet of the year. It included Elementary and Secondary students from the participating schools.
It was also a preparation for our International Swim Meet (November 23-24) that we are calling the Phnom Penh Plunge.
