Last week’s professional development was an opportunity for teachers to learn more about how to review student achievement data, such as the International Schools Assessment results. This is a great new way to see how our school is helping students to grow over the time they are here, and find out where we can improve.
Faculty at ISPP also took part in a staff-led PD day which included Ted talks by teachers and students, workshops and video projects. One of the main components had SPELTAC inquiry groups showcase their learning through a ‘final project’, something they have been working together on throughout the school year.
